Order Processing Times

We prepare and pack orders on Mondays, excluding public holidays.
In-stock items: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Limited drops & pre-orders: May require longer fulfillment times. Estimated shipping times will always be stated on the product page.

High-demand drops: Processing may take up to 3–7 business days due to limited batch production.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your shipping address and selected method at checkout. The estimates below refer to business days and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs procedures.

Europe

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Rest of the World (including USA & Canada)

Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

International delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method chosen
  • Courier availability

All rates are shown clearly before payment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to:
  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, shipping costs and any additional return fees may be deducted from the refund.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the courier. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, it may still be in transit or awaiting a scan. This is common for international shipments.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts & Returned Packages

If a carrier attempts delivery and cannot reach you or cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

  • Customers are responsible for:
  • Re-shipping fees if the address was incorrect
  • Verifying that the correct address is provided at checkout

 

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or lack of collection, we can resend it once the customer covers new shipping costs.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control. However, we will always help you resolve issues.

Lost packages:

If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days (domestic) or 30+ days (international), contact us at officialeicedo@gmail.com

and we will assist with investigation or replacement options.

Stolen packages:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us — we will do our best to help.

Damaged packages:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will replace or refund you depending on the situation.

Changes or Cancellations:

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered the fulfillment stage. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately — cancellations may only be possible before the order is processed.

Pre-order and limited batch orders may not be cancellable once production begins.


Pre-orders & Limited Drops

Some EI·CEDO products are produced in limited batches.

For drop releases and pre-orders:

Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page. These dates are estimates and may vary. Placing a pre-order reserves your limited product in advance. You will be notified of any significant delays.
